I'm a Doctor!!!

Right before Shabbat, I got the news that I graduated as a Doctor of Traditional Naturopathy!!!  Talk about an exciting way to start your Shabbat!  I have already gotten my certified nutritional counselor and certified chaplain in holistic approaches degrees, so I am really excited to begin using my education to help people acheive health from a natural and Biblical approach.

Speaking of Shabbat, we had a great gathering with around 70 people in attendance to hear Dr. Chuck Thurston speak on our bodies and the picture they show of the plan of salvation as well as the picture the tabernacle shows of the body of Messiah.  Very fascinating presentations.  Plus I got to spend the day with people who are important to me!!! 
 
Today has been a more laid back day as we "recover" from the planning and pieces that go into hosting an event like that.  It is always a blessing to be able to serve that way...and we had many willing helpers to work alongside us! 

Last week, we recorded more Women Encouraging Women radio shows...which I'm excited to share with you each week.  I've got a stack of editing to do this week which is my off week from recording.  In fact, my week looks pretty quiet which is a treat...just normal responsiblities and one cleaning job (my other one is on vacation). 

We got 2 inches of snow this morning.  We were supposed to get 8-10 inches, so I'm happy that we did not get nearly that much!!!  I'm truly ready for Spring and warm weather to stay!
